Again, it mystifies me how other people are so into music, and I'm not. Sorry...not clicking on the Jrock links...don't want to scar my unborn child.

It mystifies *me* how into music I am now. It's like a lifetime of not listening to music has finally caught up with me.

I suppose I'm the opposite because of so much immersion previously. Plus, my whole job is music. I think I enjoy the blissful silence or the background noise of everyday life as a contrast.

I know what you mean. That's why I'm not so into talking on the phone anymore. Or meeting new people face-to-face. If you're ever in a situation where that happens (like a wedding or party or whatever) watch me--you'll see my face glaze over almost instantly.

Yeah, there's not really anything new or unusual in my list this week. But I'm hoping the linkage is temptation enough to lure some of my non-jrock-friends into the abyss.
