Calm before the storm

This week has been a chaotic, information overload. I started prepping for the beginning of school, which included a 4 day stint of meetings and minglings with other ILTs (Intro-Level Teachers). I've met some great people and the networking has been a very positive experience. I am looking forward to having a career and getting lost in everything.

You are amazing. :) You are going to be a wonderful teacher and coach. Good luck with everything and don't worry, even the veteran teachers freak out about new school years... it's overwhelming. BUT- you will be fine, no doubt in my mind. Have a great first day. I miss you!

Don't be a man-hater and don't let anyone value you you less than you value yourself, you're much more valuable than that.

You're right though, we're young, we should be having fun not trapping ourselves in emotional cages or be restricted by any sort of barriers. So just think of all the good times you can have now. Miss you Megasaurus.
