Yes, I do realize that I still have half of my Fukuoka trip about which to write, but sitting down to complete that might take an hour or two -- maybe more -- and school is over for me in eight minutes, so I will wait for a later time to get you caught up on my past Japanese adventures (I just hope I don't forget everything by the time I get around ( Read more... ) -

Maybe journals just aren't my thing anymore. The last time I regularly wrote in a diary of any sort was back in middle school and I bought that pink ferret journal when I went to that small business outlet fair in Columbus with Nana and Grandpa. Fukuoka - Day 2
I wanted to get to the Korean Consulate as soon as soon as it opened because I didn't want to have to waste my short time in Japan waiting in line. The consulate was very easy to find from the nearest subway station, Nishijin. I got there at about 9:45am, but apparently the consulate actually opens at 9am -- the visa processing hours just don't ( Read more... ) -
Fukuoka - Day 1
I got to the airport very early (11:35am and my flight wasn’t until 2:30pm), but I would rather be extremely early than even a minute late! Besides, based on the experience that Dad and I had at the airport in Cincinnati, I didn’t want to take any chances. There's really nothing to write about. I'm just really bored now and trying to avoid the temptation of eating some really delicious cookies... which I really can't afford to do because attempting to lose these last 2.5kg is so hard. I keep fluctuating between 52.3-53.2kg these past few days no matter what I do. I ate a whole bag of cookies and ice ( Read more... ) -
