I never hurt myself doing things that are legitimately dangerous.  I only seem to hurt myself on furniture.  In high school I banged my hand on the loveseat and had slight pain for what seems to have been months.  Yesterday I banged my hand on a chair while trying to catch a piece of french toast that was falling off the spatula.  (Duh: don't carry ( Read more... )

The cabinet where we keep our havdalah set smells like a faint echo of a similar cabinet at my parents' house.
