Stoopid Lack of Portion Control.
GNARGH I MISS MY SCALES!
Had strawberries, 1 pot of 70 cal no fat yoghurt and two small crushed handfuls of All Bran. I have LITERALLY no idea how many calories, but I knew I needed to eat because of a long day and street festival etc. I know it's MAX 250, but I HATE HATE HATE not being sure. 1 packet of sainsburies basic salad mix (the one with cabbage) & 3 small tomatoes & some seeds (for good fats) & 1 tesco faux-chicken breast splashed with balsamic = one huge bowl with only 214 cals of awesome goodness. Plus - cheap!
