does anyone have life insurance? i'm in the market for some and so i'm doing my homework on it. it seems that the stuff they advertise as $10/mo expires when i am old. so it would be worthless unless i am guarenteed to die before the age of 43. and hopefully i'm not.

we signed papers on our house today! we move in on july 3rd.

so my dream house i was supposed to go see on sunday, the guy called me like an hour before we were going to meet and said he already rented it to someone else. and i had a check ready and everything. so i have three places i'm going to look at tomorrow and two on saturday. so hopefully between the five places i can get in somewhere.
