i read the lovely bones in a matter of hours. & already i can't sit still and want nothing more than to go to barnes & noble. so i think it's time for a reading list, informal, and updated frequently, of the books ( i've read, will read, and want to read )

Hello again, do you like urban fantasy? Charles de Lint is a great author that writes books about magic in a world similiar to us & how it can be found around us in ordinary things. By the way if you don't mind I am going to add you to my list of friends since I really enjoy your writting :).

charles di lint, i can't say i've ever heard of him, but that concept is flawless and i'm very interested. any particular books you'd recommend?

Someplace to be Flying is one of my favorites. The majority of his stories are wonderful. Most are set in a make believe town named Newford. He has many books that are short stories within Newford also with recurring characters. He mixes alot of different mythology & magic into his stories.
