1 I am not as bad at skiing as I remember.
2 M is full of cold - he is slightly less grumpy than I would be, and WAY better than N would be, but still annoying.
3 The apartment is nice, part of the hotel but miles from reception.
4 Much palaver re thermal suits this morning. Exhausted before we got on the snow.

Dammit, WHY did I not record when I bought N's school shoes last year? I think we might go to town tomorrow, and it seems like a reasonable opportunity to buy them; waiting until after we've been away might be getting a bit late.

The new trampoline net is ALL WRONG. I can't quite figure it out, but it seems to be some kind of cross between the old style (which is the trampoline we have, and which has circular stiffening rods at top, middle and bottom, and attaches to the base by bungees) and the new style (which only has a rod at the top, and is 'sewn' to the bottom with ( Read more... ) -

I would appear to have an ulcer down the back of my throat (what IS it with this recently, I never used to get these and now I seem to get them all the time) and ibuprofen isn't touching it. It feels like someone's poured acid down my ear ( Read more... )
