This is officially my last day of unemployment. I start school on Monday! Yesterday I went up to campus and toured around a bit before getting info from various student groups and learning about upcoming events. Very fun! It's finally starting to feel real ( Read more... )

According to my sister, there's a subtle science to applying juuuuust the right amount of eye make-up:

Tee: The trick to good eye make-up is to apply as much crap as your eyes can physically accommodate.

This last month or so has been a maddeningly, horribly, frustratingly bust. Really. Just terrible.

But I survived.

And now I'm unemployed!

Yes, I've quit my job. There are aspects of working in research that I will really, really miss....

Like liquid nitrogen. Man, that stuff is really fun to use!
