Expect to see many photos over the next week as I finally have material. I don't think I will be posting any of the animal shots in my photo journal so they will all be right here to help you get your cute quota in this month. It is a really neat place. If you are ever over here you should definitely check it out. I also got to visit with a 2 year old Lynx by the name of Queen Victoria, which I will share pictures of, too :)

For some reason I cannot see these images as artistic at all. I know it seems strange maybe but...I don't know. Maybe I will share a couple of them in there.

There are some more cutie-pie pics of Blade that I will post later :)

I have that same problem with some of my own photos. But if other people like them, I figure who am I to say they aren't worthy.

Amazing photo! I would love to see a cougar in the wild and hear them scream at night. There are a very few in Michigan.

I would advise against seeing a cougar in the wild. THey are called ghosts because they are so invisible and if you are seeing them you are usually in danger of being attacked. I have a friend who was attacked on horseback and had to gut the cougar with her hunting knife while being attacked to survive. The cougar shredded her lower bits, her vagina and internal organs there plus the fall from the horse broke her pelvis. She has a lot of constant pain she has learned to live with.

This woman then took the mother cougar's cubs and raised them. They are like her family.

She is a really tough woman who was a tracker for missing people and dangerous animals for years.
