urgent care

i ended up going to the urgent care yesterday - - in addition to the lightheadedness and nausea, i started feeling chest pressure. i knew it was only anxiety due to everything that is going on - - but was afraid it might trigger a fainting spell

they did several BP readings and an EKG - which were all normal

so they gave me a weeks worth of xanax to

Awe....
I really wish there was something i could do to help with the situation. Even support would be nice....but its really hard being grounded. I wish the best for you and please do your best to just take it easy. If you need to talk feel free to call...

Ill see ya tuesday and I finally got around to burning the dvd for you. Ill drop it off tomorrow before we leave so u have something entertaining to watch for the night ^_^....if the copy doesnt work ill bring the original with me as well for you to borrow.
