X Japan- Silent Jealousy/Cruify my love two really good songs but they're all really good. (Japanese band though a lot of the lyrics are in english)

Anything by Yuki Kajiura...I think you'd really like her.

Within Temptation-Anything by them, kinda Evanesence-ish. Somewhere, and Angels are really good songs.

Kamelot is awesome.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I am seriously loving Within Temptation. But I'm talking to you on AIM, so no need for a long comment. :P
