33

So I turned 33 today (and thank you to everyone for your birthday wishes!).  The day was a lot like most other days: I got up with the kids, got them breakfast, drew pictures with them, read some more and finished my book (Jane Eyre), let the kids watch movies, fixed some lunch, talked on the phone, yadda yadda.  I forgot to mark the exact moment ( Read more... )

Happy Birthday!

33 is not that old. Allen is older than you.

Thanks! Yeah, I know it isn't that old; I just would have preferred to stop with the aging thing at 25 ;)

Well that sounds lovely. And, I don't know how you feel about Jane Eyre, but I love Wuthering Heights so much more (Mags does NOT agree). It seems that people can only really like one or the other. I'll be interested to know your opinion :)

Yeah, a lot of people I know just detest Wuthering Heights, so I've always kind of wondered just how bad could it possibly be? I absolutely love Jane Eyre, though, so we'll have to see if it turns out to be true to only like one or the other!

Yay!!! Trust me, you're not old. My PPH is old. HA!!

I love you and miss you.

Sounds like you had a great birthday to me. No random explosions, people you expected to respect it did, and turned out with surprise goodness. I love fabric store gift certificates...

I detest the romantic classics.

Yeah, I'm almost embarassed to admit I like romantic classics--I think it aludes to that sentimental side of me that I don't really like to admit I never fully stomped out of existence ;)
