and yeah, gossip really sucks, but it's not the end of the world.. i know its hard to remember at the time... i've learned that pretty shittily this year, but i swear, it'll be okay.

things will be said.. you can't stop people, as much as it really, really sucks

i just focus on two images when i get upset:

1. riding a vespa from my house off of s congress to get a cup of coffee on a pretty summer day

2. a mountain in tibet with a meditation rug.. sitting at the very top.. no people... wind, in the clouds, the sound of the universe
