It doesn't bother me all that much, though, because Jake more than totally fills the void and I am uberly happy with just him. Hi, sorry for not being online that often. But you do need to pay for the application cost, unless you fall into the low-income bracket, then you can get it for free. But I don't know the details regarding the paperworks.
