it's not that much more money in the end to buy a paid account in bursts of two or six months... for two months it's just 5 dollars upfront... i have been doing mine that way lately, it's much easier to scrounge up 5 free bucks at any given time.

That does sound easier....do you have to do it over the internet?

yeah, you can do it by paypal or credit card. you can send them a check, too, but it's a bit more complicated. they have instructions up in the faq under "paid accounts"
