I suppose it's late, and I am in desperate need of a good sleep, but I was thinking today about how school starts on Wednesday. That is, of course, assuming I can pay my tuition through last-second student loans, federal money, or some other miracle

I know it doesn't feel like it, but this will pass. It doesn't make it any easier to go through, but you do have the strength to go through this. You're stubborn enough (compliment) not to let this defeat you.
I may not be there with you in person as much as I'd like to be, but I am with you in spirit, thoughts, and love.
You will get through this.
