I went to see Wicked last night for the opening night. It was so much fun. The sets, costumes, and lighting are such a visual feast. You could tell the two leads (both from the Northwest) were really excited to be here. I'm so utterly happy. My sister and I are going on opening night next week to see it.

My sister and I went to Vancouver for the weekend to see the US tour of Phantom. It was a lot of driving, but Vacouver was fun and the Phantom was good. We didn't have the best seats, but the staging and characterizations were wonderful and the ending was excellent ( Read more... )

So, I've been to work for a week now, and while I enjoy my job and the people I work with, I'm wondering how I'm going to manage paying all my bills on what I'm making. This weekend was very full and I am exhausted. On Friday I went to a Broadway concert with some friends and then jacuzzied with some more friends at my roomie's house. I bought a car today. I can go places now :D

I also have a job interview on Monday and am supposed to find out about my internship next week.

I got my license today, which is great. I've been stressing about the test for weeks since the DMV couldn't fit me in for 6 weeks when I called to schedule an appointment.
