I'm actually feeling the urge to start making things again. I want to mess with beads, I want to sew, I want to draw... all things I've had little to no interest in for a few years now. Hopefully this is a good sign. Going to take advantage of the urge and get a new presser foot for my machine, and some plastic beads and lacing for Lily so she

I'd say it's a good sign. And I think it's a great idea to get beads for Lily. I know that my niece has her own beading stash so that when grandma (or her aunt) work with beads, she can too. She really enjoys it.

She's having fun with them so far. Now I need to get her some latching containers for them. Pony beads SUCK when you step on 'em! Scored myself a new little Ott Lite on clearance at Hobby Lobby, too, as well as a new foot for my machine, and located its power cord and pedal. See if I can make her a new dress before our vacation.
