I was in one of my baking moods yesterday so I attemted to make a cake that looked like a pumpkin using bundt cake pans...basically making two cakes and placing the first one upside down and the second right side up on top of it...it came out ok, though could have been better, but it was a test run afterall so now I have a better idea how to do it ( Read more... )

Well, today is going to be Krysta's first Japanese lesson, after school at 3:45 - 5. She's looking forward to it...I really hope she likes it and does well.
