so we hired terminex.  the dude came by yesterday and gave us an estimate of $1350 for a 2 year contract!  so yeah, way cheaper than orkin but im still pissed at the price and that we have to deal with it in the first place ( Read more... )

i didnt expect him to be so freaking hot.  
i thought his price would be waaaaaaay more than we can afford, but believe it or not, i was relieved to hear that it would be 'only' $1800.00.
