I've had two other projects in addition to the megascroll of doom. Both: finished!

The first is the vigil book to go with the megascroll. Since the heart book I did for Livia went over so well, I did one in a fleur de lyse shape. (Historical precedent here.) This proved considerably more difficult than I first thought; the concave portions of the

Yeah, I got to be more creative with this scroll than with the megascroll of doom. Creative + period = happy scribe. Plus, I just love the snails.

Wow, those are all spectacular! I love the way you did the gold on the scroll, and I love the snails. Escargot. Whatever they are, they're way cool.
