Why can't I just get one thing I want? It's fine that people I'll never really know tell me I'm awesome, and beautiful and whatever.. but why can't those guys be here? Why can't the one I want to be with want to be with me too?? I see people.. the strangest couples ever.. and wonder HOW that happened, and why can't it happen for me? I'm SICK of 3

HOLY CRAP!!! I freaking love you. My roomie is engaged....can you believe that? Okay well, not engaged but I do know they're ("they're" as in her bf and herself) getting married. They talk about it all the time and actually went and looked at rings over the weekend. I want that!

I know you want a serious relationship and all the perks that come with it, but need I remind you of all the back things that go along with it too? If having a boyfriend was all that its cracked up to be, why would I have broken up with my boyfriend of 3 years, and why would I STILL say that it was the best decision of my life because nothing beats being single at this point and time (your college years). I know you say you're tired of being single, but the grass is always greener on the otherside. Everytime you think you want to be tied down to one guy, just think about all the crap I've told you about. Don't get be wrong, he was great, but honestly, you have the rest of your life to be "together" with someone. As for your fear of never finding anyone, don't be silly. If YOU can't find someone, who can? Seriously, you are ONE person I am NOT worried about (and there are a couple ;-D) And no, I def advocate the not changing self for a guy b/c then you'll have to pretend forever and it'll just get too tiring. Added note, sorry for all the typos. I'm on a computer at my hostel and the keyboard is 1) foreign and 2) sticky. For example, "back things" should be "bad things." But I'm sure you get the idea. Later! ;-)
