It's been over two weeks since I last posted. Oops. That was completely unintentional. My life has felt rather hectic lately, what with the Jewish Holidays, chemo, my surgery, my trip to Chicago and assorted other wackiness. the pumpkin martini i had in chicago was awesome! it was spiced rum, pumkin schnapps, butterscotch schnapps and a bit of cream. and the glass was rimmed with cinnamon sugar. so so so yummy! my bartender said he'd go get some pumpkin schnapps so that he could make me one this week, but i don't know if he'll remember or not. you're welcome to join us at Asiatique this thursday night to find out.

Awww man! That sounds SO GOOD! Thursday night I'm seeing 2 friends perform in a play (that Cowgirls play) at the Kentucky Center of the Arts. Thanks so much for the invite...but please can I take a raincheck?

of course you can have a raincheck. a group of us go up to asiatique practically every thursday. they have $1 off most drinks and $6 appetizers all night. we go around 9:30 or 10:00ish. you are welcome any time.
