Today I adopted 2 bonded cockatiels from a bird rescue. They are 12 years old and will not be separated. Had to go out immediately and buy a brand new cage. It ended up being a little more expensive than either Mike and I wanted to pay - but the cheapest cage they had that would be big enough for two grown cockatiels was the best way to go. It's

Mike has done his name magic again. Our birdies are now officially "Londo" (male) and "Adira". Some of you might remember this romantic duo from the TV show Babylon 5. Londo has his majestic crest (like our male bird) and Adira is Bald.
