What can I say, I'm a cheater. My last day at my job here is tomorrow, and my co-worker brought in dim sum for us. So I started the “Sacred hart” diet yesterday. I was only supposed to eat fruit & the soup on the 1st day, but didn’t have time to cook the soup & cheated already. I’ve been bad. Bad Bad BAD. I completely threw my diet out the window over the weekend. I’m going back on it today, and promised myself I’d hit the gym tonight after work.
