As of today I have lost 70 lbs. :) The Doctor was looking at my before pics and said, WOW only one chin and look you have a neck! It made me feel good when he said how much difference he could see from 3 months ago. Sometimes I have trouble seeing the changes. They took new pics today and I have another appt. in August.
