white chocolate recipes?

My friend gave me a massive white chocolate bar. (When I say massive, I mean it takes two hands to carry it.) Anyone have any good white chocolate recipes? :-)

You could break it up into small chunks and make macadamia nut white chocolate chunk cookies. Then share them with me!
