sounds like she wanted her shit done for free so she bitched til she got her way

You know, that's what everyone I've told has said. It's just depressing. I seriously spent an hour and half just trying to make her happy on something that should have only taken 45 minutes. I even offered to only charge her the price for a shampoo and blow dry which was $12.95 vs. the $27 I could have charged her.
