What do the Saiyuki characters think of you?

Hakkai : She reminds me a lot of Kanan..I like her a lot. Sanzo : She's easy to get along with..and doesn`t annoy me. Gojyo : She doesn`t seem to have any interest in me..but it`s fun to try! *winks* Goku : I like her..she`s always nice to me!

Guess what? I'm going back to school!!

The local community college is launching a program in "green" technology which looks interesting. Hopefully I'll be able to use this to get off the "mommy track" and into some lucrative employment whilst helping Mother Earth.

Part of me's really excited and part is scared spitless.

I thought this was just too funny to not share. ^_^

For some reason (probably the universal-remote-challenged spouse) the VCR didn't get most of the 2nd episode of Tokko on June 2's AniMonday. Can anyone tell me what happened??? YouTube has a copy of the episode except the audio's Japanese while the subs are in Spanish. Thanks.

We finished Deathly Hallows today. Since we popped off the library waiting list for the book the first day, I've been reading DH to the family instead of Jim Dale. It's been fun -- more opportunities for questions and discussions -- but it limited the amount we covered per day, and seeing as how I was snarling at anyone else who tried to read ahead ( Read more... )
