Well, I had my Friday OB appointment moved up to today, and while there was a sucky PAP smear to do, I also got to hear baby's heartbeat for the first time! So cool. It was really fast, but the doc said that's normal. It was just really touching and made it all seem more real. I wish I had recorded it on my phone though....oh well. -
home again
Well, I am home in OK once more. Graduated Monday from DINFOS, spent the night at my parents, and then drove home on Tues/Wed. I ended up driving thru the night to get home- only stopped to nap at a rest stop from 1-2:30AM. Then it was back on the road. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
This Christmas has been fun. Christmas Eve the girls helped Daddy make cookies and pie for today. They came with me to church and paraded in with the cross. They really seemed to like that. I, of course, had my fun singing the Christmas hymns and adding my descants randomly. It wasn't the same as St. Anne's, but it was nice ( Read more... )
