1)Ride my bike at least 6 miles a day. To Moulton and back is the perfect distance for this. On hot days I will also stop to swim for an hour or so. As I get into better shape I will bike further and maybe try to tackle some hills if I can stand it and the heat allows ( Read more... )

1/2 Apple cider vinegar + 1/2 fresh brewed green tea + aloe vera = the bessssttt toner ever. Cut down the vinegar a little more if you absolutely can't stand the smell or your skin is more sensitive. Mine is pretty oily in spots so it needs the extra acidity. And let me tell you...all the pimples I had on my chin are GOING AWAY after using it one ( Read more... )
