I'm going to INDIA!!! I just bought my ticket, mailed in my application for the retreat, submitted my visa request, and told the chick in my yoga study group to tell the travel agent to sign me up for the tour. So yesterday I was supposed to have yoga in the morning and then yoga study all afternoon. I'd decided saturday that I was going to skip the yoga class. So I planned to get up at 10. Well. Saw psychiatrist yesterday. We chatted about social anxiety. He explained how depression and panic disorder can really play into that.
