So yesterday we went back down to the Ren Faire. Second time this year, this time Me, Maya, Corina, and Maya's little brother Robert.
All in all it was good fun, and I spent slightly less money this time. (I think)

Here in a little bit I'm going to go have a root scaling done.

I made carnitas last night which ended up being tonight's dinner. I think next time I'll use an actual recipe and not my faded memory of making it while in Spanish class in high school. Because all I remembered is that it involves a large pot, pork, lots of water to boil it in, and an obscene amount of salt, and it was very tasty ( Read more... )
