Congratulations! As a guest of honor, do you have to give a talk or be on a panel?

I did chat (briefly) with the coordinator who contacted me about the sorts of panels I'm good with, but he did not mention any speeches or talks. However, since I am emminently comfortable with speaking in public (yay for 25+ years as a bard in the SCA, lol...though I'm actually a bit of an introvert), if they need one of the Guests to give a speech, I'm good for it. :-)
