I can't sleep, in exactly 5 1/2 hours I will be boarding a plane for Pittsburgh.

I'm currently at my cousins home waiting for them to take me to the airport.

I still can't sleep. I need sleep. I want sleep.

Alas sleep won't come.

It's been a long time come. I'm sorry for all the pain that September 11, 2001 has caused. For me it hit home too. My father was a retired firefighter. I'm sure that if he had still been alive, we would had been in NYC on 9/11 helping ( Read more... )

I just went in for my 6 month Blood Sugar check up.

I've lost 17 pounds. My blood sugar was 112. I feel great. The job is terrific. I'm still looking for a new apartment.

Random thoughts on a father's day.

1. I'm in Pittsburgh visiting friends for the weekend.

2. I love my job.

3. I have been exposed to the wonder world of krispy kreem dougnuts. They are heavenly.

4. My favorite eposide of ER is Partly Cloudy, Chance of Rain.

I have moved and will be off line for at least the next 2 months or so.

I am fine just need to get some stuff prioritized in my life.
