Morgana knocks quickly and waits for the faint ‘come in’ before opening the door.
“Hi, Merlin!” She greets excitedly.
“Hey Morgana.” Merlin replies with a confused frown. “What are you doing over here?”
“Well, I was wondering if you weren’t doing anything, we could do something.” Morgana shrugs careless and that makes Merlin chuckle.
“Sure. Sit down over there.” Merlin points to the bed as she stands up and starts to shuffle through her shelves.
“Morgana, I’m going to introduce you to something that will make you a very happy teenage girl; especially in the boring moments of life.”
Merlin brings over a green DVD box.
“This is Supernatural.”
Morgana takes the box in her hands, scanning the cover.
“He’s cute.” She points at Jensen Ackles.
“Oh no, sweetie.” Merlin replies with a smirk. “The term you’re looking for is frakking hot.”
Morgana frowns.
“Frakking?”
“Battlestar Galactica. It’s a euphemism for fuck; so you don’t get sent to your room without dessert because you cursed on the dinner table and yes, my mother still does that.”
Morgana giggles. Merlin could talk really fast when she wanted to.
“That can be useful.” Merlin smirks too.
“I have so much to teach you, grasshopper.”
Morgana frowns again and Merlin’s jaw drop.
“No way! Come on! Everybody has heard the grasshopper thing!”
“No… doesn’t ring a bell.”
Morgana shakes her head and Merlin sighs.
“Next thing, you’ll tell me you like HSM”
“Ew! No!”
Merlin laughs.
“Thank God. Otherwise there would be no salvation for you, young Padawan.”
Morgana grins.
“That one is familiar!”
Merlin laughs again.
“Good, we’re getting somewhere!”
