Since we're getting back into cold weather. (FINALLY!!! So tired of being at that point in life where I KNOW I'll never be cold again!), it's time for this one. Just spaghetti/lasagna sauce. Like most, it's very flexible, and there's no exact time. I learned the basics of this recipe many years ago in home ec class, and it's grown since then.
