Made kind of cheater beef stroganoff this evening. Worked out really well. Even father-type liked it. *grins* Not too shabby for only having half an idea what I'm doing, yeah?

Takes like a half hour to make, plus however long the noodles take to cook. Might have been better if I'd bought a jar of mushrooms, but I forgot them ...

Unedited. Since explanations are necessary when you don't know the characters - Richard is a moutain lion=were, and Chase is a vampire hunter. And well ... yeah, they're together at this point. Dunno if it'll last, considering the story was SUPPOSED to be about the vampires, and these two were the bad guys. That should tell you what I'm writing. ( Read more... )
