Communication is so darn difficult. How does one communicate with another when trying not to be highly emotional? My brain simply shuts down and I can't think of a thing until the next day. 4th Arrival in Phoenix Anniversary
I just realized I passed my anniversary and didn't even think about it! Guess that means I am finally established here.
I do love my job and I'm finally feeling like I can get around at least the West Valley and parts of the city without getting all turned around. I like the climate more than not. I've been able to visit my family several times ( Read more... ) -

nothing like smelling that wonderful fresh baking bread in the kitchen. No matter what the flavor, it always smells heavenly. And using the bread machine is just a snap!
so. Muffintops are out for now, bread is in! LOL
watched the movie Julie and Julia this weekend. Maybe I'll bake throught the bread book? lol.... nummmmm

Hello all. I was hoping to get some suggestions for making nail clipping easier. I did look through the tags, but didn't see anything. Grace isn't a fighter, but she doesn't like it much and I am so new at this that I'm just not sure how to go about it to make it more of a happy event (if that is possible? LOL).

Soooo tired of being sick!
I'm so tired of not feeling 100%. It's been over 3 weeks now. Ok, so on the bright side, the worst of the bronchitis is over~only a lingering deep cough which is not so bad. But I'm just tired all the time. And today my nose and eyes and head is bothering me along with sneezing. I am hoping it is all allergy and tomorrow I'll wake up feeling ( Read more... ) -
One-hour Earwarmer
I feel very accomplished! I found this pattern in Ravelry. It appealed to me because it looked functional, easy, fast and would be good to use up leftover yarn I have. Guess what? I am beginning to get very hopeful that I have a permanent position at RSI! Today I had no less than 3 employees mention to me how happy Rick is with me and how we seem to work well as a team.
