apparently my nightly teeth grinding has gotten so intense that its waking up the girls... any tips on how to stop?

Nope. I wake up my boyfriend all the time and my jaws hurt sometimes in the morning.
I don't think there is any way to stop but you can protect yourself with a mouthguard if it is bad enough.
A girl that I used to work with told me she has cracked her teeth several times because she grinds them so badly at night.

oh man. i've been wondering if i do that, too, because sometimes i wake up and my mouth is sore. but i think i might just be clenching my jaw, which is probably not good either. and the way i see it, it's an anxiety thing, so in order to fix it one should rid their life of all stress and anxiety inducing situations. but since that's impossible, i'll have to second the mouthpiece notion.

i have woken up with actual tooth material floating around my mouth.... i feel yr pain.
