Happy Birthday to me!!
Well, we won't say my age, but today is my birthday. As I lay in bed yesterday, fighting with insomnia, it occurred to me to think of all my past deeds, both good and bad. The Job
I see everyday the destruction we wreak upon our vehicles. I see the twisted metal, the busted out windows, the burned chasis. Often I am sad for those who were pulled out of these wrecks, mostly I get angry, always I am scared. Safety Message
Tonight a woman was in an accident at Parker and North Freeway. She hit another car at a gas station. Her car, brought to our lot, was not badly damaged at all, a very very small ding in the front bumper. But, she was going to do the responsible thing, and exchange information with the person she hit. I have no idea on the state of their car. ( Read more... ) -

Dream 1: I knew a single dad to a newborn. Don't know what happened to the mom, but his baby girl was 5 months old, and he was wondering why she wouldn't eat, because the doctor said that she was old enough to eat solid food. I dreamed that I was doing some kind of Cosmo - like quiz, but instead of circling the answers with a pen, I was shooting them with a .22. My friend handed me a pencil, and said, we normally just use these. Then, in my dream, I went home and went to sleep. -
Long time no see
I've been off 2 1/2 days. Friday, let's see, woke up early by a phone call from work, wouldn't have taken it had I been awake, but a sleepy "'lo", answered questions about day before, and decided that it was a good time to get up and get moving on my plans for the day. Tomorrow is payday, and I still have $50 of last week's pay. w00t! Granted, it was hidden from me, accidentally by me, and I found it today, but, still, to have it and be getting paid tomorrow, is a good thing.
