I love Top Chef! I think chef's are such a respectable profession. The people chosen in this competition in particular come to this show with many years of pure hard work and having to start from the bottom and rise up. Howey's comment is so true: "none of us came in and suddenly became executive chefs. We've all had to work under someone before

Yay! I was hoping Casey would win (first femal top chef!) but I still think he deserved it! I'm going to watch the reunion this week where all the competitors of top chef are interviewed hehe~
