sorry that happened.. a similar thing happened to me today, amazingly enough... ate a pot pie at my parents house that had meat in it and I didn't realize till I was almost done with it. I guess they'd bought the wrong kind by accident, because they're vegetarian too. anyway, made me feel ill...

My friend did that at a coffee house. She thought it was cheese but it was a s piece of turkey and she couldn't taste it so she swallowed it. She felt so awful.

Aww, I feel bad for your friend :(...It is hard to tell sometimes, it was so chopped up and after not eating meat in so long I honestly thought they just made the egg roll wrong and their was wilted lettuce in it or something.

I wouldn't be so upset if was an honest mistake & my mom had acted like maybe it was an important thing. I don't understand her, she brags to her friends on me being vegetarian, and tells everyone what a good, caring person I am (according to her) yet acts like no big deal that I just ate part of a once living thing. Plus she knows I am all like 'chickens are awesome!' and like to take pictures and try to imitate their chicken sounds when I see them (maybe to much info)...She didn't even say sorry until she felt guilty because I threw up :(.

But anyway... neither here nor there, thanks for the reply!
