Thanks Kim! ^_^ Actually all the furniture but the desk and the foldable chair by it were already in the house. I had fun decorating it with things I had at my old home and also buying new stuff. A (male) friend of mine told me that, in three months, I was able to fill my flat more than he did during the three years he spent at his flat. LOL males don't like these kind of things as much as us girls! ;)
It looks lovely, Paola. And I can see that you get lots of light! That's the problem with my flat; it's quite gloomy but other than that, it's very nice. This year I have a flatmate, but just for a few months because she'll soon have a baby.
I hope you enjoy your nice flat. And I love your bedroom!!! I seem to spot a balcony as well.
Thank you Mercy! Yes, luckily it's a pretty bright apartment, even if it's only at the second floor of the condo I live in. I hope you got along with your flatmate, from what I heard from my friends it isn't always easy to share your space with someone you don't know. And congratulation for her baby!
The bedroom is actually just one corner of the room. The apartment is shaped like a big L and the bed is on the short side. LOL I can see the kitchen corner from my bed! XD
I have a balcony (I probably wouldn't have taken the apartment otherwise) but it doesn't have any plants (just some succulents and a basil) in it, so I'll wait to do some gardening before to post photos of it!
My flatmate is actually a friend. She's the girl from Seville I asked her about places you and Gaia could eat during your stay there, remember? We work together and we get on perfectly. I wouldn't live with anybody now, you know.
Congratulations on your new home, Paola!!! I'm so happy for you. I love the way you have organized and decorated your home. It looks like you have a good amount of storage too!
I love it Paola...very cute and cozy! There's nothing like having a place of your own...I rather enjoy the independence of living on my own(well, I have my cat Mystical). I'm sure you will learn to love living by yourself.
