so a few fridays ago was my BFA review where I defended my art in front of the 15 faculty at webster for 30 min or so. I was scared shitless and faced with a lot of bull shit questions, like "why are you even an artist and not just a political activist" etc. but I passed, so i can graduate in may which is fantastic news to be sure ( Read more... )

eep! i have a house!!!! well, i suspose it isn't mine but the security deposit is down, so it's ours for a year. it is a cute two story two family on magnolia right across from kdhx. it has a sun room with a piano and i will have 2 rockin roommates. yeah for finally moving out of the parents house.

two or so weekends ago some friends had a huge fashion show down on locust, and about 5 days before offered me a table to show my stuff. so i sewed my self silly making purses, velcro bracelets and t-shirts, createda name "l sewn goodness", and made business cards and a banner.
