Why do some people get treated better than others? I'm not talking about fairness, because that would mean everyone must be treated (not equally but) evenly. If I have Fifty dollars, is it fair to distribute it among everyone I know, dropping down to the very penny as I divide? I guess it's all starting to level out. We got a visit from Cassie's stepdad yesterday. He was clearly irate. I finally got the dirt out of my dad's driveway. Most of it, anyway. There's still about a quarter of a truckload left behind because it wouldn't fit.
