As far as I'm concerned you are. Only one vote is possable per email address, but other than that there seem to be no restrictions.

You have been voted for, my friend. Might be able to make
the May 13th show. Our band is getting a couple of gigs
lined up in June and July. We'll let you know when. Our
second show was at the WayOut a few weeks ago. The keyboards
rang out over the rest because the sound person sat on his
butt and played pocket pool all night. Feh.

Yeah, sound at the WayOut is a crapshoot. We sometimes bring our own tech there.
I hope you can make the 13th. We seriously have enough passes for you and as many friends as you want. It's some kind of market research showcase where they track who had what numbered passes to evaluate bands' appeal.
