I have always wanted to go to England and I do have friends there who I miss to death. So just out of curiosity, this is Google's suggestion of how I might get from NYC to London.

Because Google loves everyone just the same? haha I have no idea. The rest of the page is in English!

Do it. I'll be waiting in Dover with Towels. Then we'll go get fish and chips (you'll be hungry)and go to the pub. Mum won't mind you staying at mine.

Although looking at this, you appear to swim to france and then travel to England. If you're swimming anyway, why not swim direct?
Other wise you'll only end up getting on a ferry or train eventually. Stupid thing.

Well, I did a little research on this topic, and I came up with: Google Labs:
Explore Google's technology playground. That sounds like the next path to ultimate destruction. hehe

What I like is that they offer these directions to Europe, but not to Asia... I tried to get directions from Gettysburg to Sydney, Australia... and nothing. But Gettysburg to Paris, France... Sure! Just swim there, all the way across the Atlantic.

I know, it's really weird. There doesn't appear to be anything from the West Coast either! ONLY EAST COASTERS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE. And then we can only go to Western Europe.
