I had also sent messages to my reps, but didn't save the message.

the feeling that saying something is somehow betraying all the years I've spent 'being one of the guys' and laughing at the jokes that I honestly found funny. How can I turn around today and say Wait! That one WASN'T funny? without feeling like a hypocritical asshole?

Yes. This. I think just about every feminist chick is with you. I think we've all gone through that 'one of the guys' phase and it's a whole awkward sign of growth to be getting out of it, but it totally makes for some awkward turnarounds.

And I really think it has SO MUCH to do with who says it to me. Just like a line at a bar coming from one guy can be okay, but not from another - just tone of voice, attitude, facial expression, etc.

Encourage the office to call the offender by his new nickname 2” dick (2 inch for short) and if he complains the repose is “don’t be a 30 second man about it.” Leading to his new nick name 30 seconds. - You may be fat but he has a 2” dick that can’t go 30 seconds.
